A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across multiple grade levels, from kindergarten through grade 12, in a school setting located in Braintree, MA. This role is key to providing speech and language therapy services that enhance students' communication skills and academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress.
- Maintain thorough documentation of student evaluations and therapy sessions.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student intervention planning.
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification/license.
- Experience working with students in grades K-12.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
